Why Choose Suited London?

With a lot of competition in the suiting industry it can prove difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable company that offers a great experience from start to finish.  We are not a brand that mass produce and want you in and out as quickly as possible, we value the time with our clients and want to meet their needs.   You'll be investing in a one off made to measure piece for a 1/3 of the value you spend on Saville Row or a designer off-the-peg suit.  Our prices never compensate our quality and our number one aspect of everything we produce is ensuring its of the highest quality.

Consultations?

Please note we can offer a short consultation and briefing of ideas that we can produce free of charge, this can be done via email, telephone or if you visit our location.  We cannot start the process of taking any measurements without a deposit, when you are ready and finalise your decision to go ahead with an order we can visit you at your desired location only then can we provide this remote fitting service.

How long does the process take?

Generally the whole process takes between 4 weeks.  Garments normally arrive back from production after the third week and another week will be needed if there are any alterations to be made.  We do offer an express service for clients that need their order ready quicker and our express service will have a finished garment ready within 10 days.  Please be advised that express service comes with a surcharge available upon request.

Do you offer discounts?

We are open to offer discounts on multiple orders however it does depend on the number of garments ordered together. For example we offer discount on wedding parties where over 3 suits or more are ordered together.

How can I take care of my suit?

The amount of times a week you tend to wear a suit will ultimately dictate its lifespan. We suggest rotating suits daily with 3 suit choices if you wear suits on a regular basis.  Trousers normally tend to show more wear and tear quicker than jackets do due to the friction whilst walking and sitting.  It would be heavily suggested to order a 2nd/spare pair to avoid having to re order later in the same fabric if your trousers are starting to wear out before the jacket.  Always hang your suits after wearing them right away in well ventilated area and avoid metal hangers.  This way it decreases the amount of wrinkles and creases visible, will let the fabric breathe and keeps it structured. Use good quality dry cleaners that often clean suits limiting to dry cleaning your suits 4 times per year.  Use a steamer to remove wrinkles rather than an iron.  Irons can be used if a piece of fabric is laid over the suit first to avoid iron marks.  Invest in a soft bristled brush and a fabric cleaner that does not contain harsh chemicals.  Once in a while it is safe to spray warm water over areas that may have small stains, add a small amount of fabric cleaner rubbing gently with a soft damp cloth or brush.  Shirts should be washed under 40 degrees and never tumble dried, this avoids shrinking issues.  Avoid dry cleaning shirts as the chemicals used often make cotton shirts rigid and lose its contrast.
